OverviewADP is hiring a Senior Developer – Roll Team.
In this role, you will work within a scrum team to design, build, and enhance web applications for internal and external clients, with projects currently in production.
You will participate in daily scrums, select user stories for sprints, develop and test code, and be involved in release activities every three weeks.
ADP emphasizes transformation, collaboration, and creating value for millions of people daily.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in daily scrum calls to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and set coding priorities.Work in two-week sprints to deliver features on time with high coding standards.Collaborate with project managers, Quality Assurance, and customers to understand requirements and produce shared outcomes.Continuously learn new technologies and participate in open source communities; asking the right questions is valued as much as finding the right answers.Develop and test code as part of a scrum team; contribute to release activities every three weeks.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, REST, and JSON.Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores (e.g., GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
Hands-on experience building web applications and solid understanding of object-oriented design.Ability to apply AI tools and use large language models where appropriate.Advanced or fluent English skills and ability to interact with other teams.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.About ADPADP is a global leader in HR technology offering AI- and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and related services.
