OverviewAt Avenga, we believe that human creativity empowers technology that matters.Operating globally, our ****+ specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and UI design, managed services, product development, and software development.We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (QE SR) to join the Enterprise Architecture team within the Quality Engineering Management area.In this role, you will ensure the end-to-end quality of critical technology solutions, validating integrations, core business processes, and legacy platforms, with a strong focus on test automation, performance, and security.ResponsibilitiesDesign, execute, and maintain manual and automated testing strategies.Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python.Prepare, configure, and maintain test environments and manage test data profiling.Validate system integrations, batch processes, and critical business flows across legacy platforms (Mainframe/Midrange).Implement service virtualization to simulate dependent services and improve testing efficiency.Perform code scanning and security validations to identify vulnerabilities and design flaws.Conduct performance, load, stress, and stability testing to ensure system reliability.Collaborate with technical and architecture teams to drive continuous quality improvements and end-to-end process excellence.QualificationsProven experience as a Senior QE / QA Engineer in complex enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of Python and test automation frameworks.Experience managing test environments and test data.Hands-on experience with Mainframe and/or Midrange systems.Experience with service virtualization tools.Knowledge of code scanning and application security tools.Experience performing performance and load testing.Ability to work autonomously with a strong quality mindset.Strong analytical skills and collaborative attitude.Nice-to-have: Experience working with enterprise architecture teams.Nice-to-have: Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.Nice-to-have: Exposure to large-scale or highly regulated environments.BenefitsOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale, mission-critical systems.A collaborative and supportive engineering culture.Exposure to modern QA practices, automation, performance, and security testing.Professional growth within an international technology company.Flexible work environment with a hybrid/on-demand office model.At Avenga, everyone matters.We provide equal opportunities in recruitment, career development, and leadership, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other characteristic.We are committed to fostering a work environment where our diverse community of employees, candidates, and business partners actively shapes our growth.By bringing together people from different backgrounds and experiences, we build a workplace where everyone feels free to be themselves while honoring the boundaries of others.#J-*****-Ljbffr
