Job Summary:We are seeking a talented Creative Experience Designer to join our team.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our products and services.ResponsibilitiesSupport active design projects during staff PTO and overflow periods by working closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.Mentor and guide other designers in developing their skills and expertise.Define and implement visual direction for project rollouts, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure efficiency and scalability.RequirementsExpertise in Figma (including advanced component systems) and strong understanding of Apple HIG, Google Material Design, and web design best practices.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and ability to apply them in your work.Skilled in design presentation and client communication, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and solutions.What We OfferAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a talented group of designers, and contribute to the strategic vision of our user experience.If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have the skills and expertise to match, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
