Jira CMDB Specialist Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Jira CMDB architect to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within our Service Management ecosystem.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable, automated CMDB that provides real-time data visibility and insight.Key responsibilities include:Conducting a comprehensive diagnostic of our existing Assets environment to establish a baseline.Designing a service-centric CMDB model and taxonomy within Assets.Executing the approved CMDB architecture within Assets, including schema and automation rule configuration.Developing comprehensive documentation for integrations, data models, and governance processes.Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates must possess:A minimum of 8+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure or related fields, with at least 4 years focused on CMDB architecture, design, and governance.Advanced expertise with Jira Service Management (Assets), including schema architecture, imports, and complex IQL configuration.Proven experience leading end-to-end CMDB implementation or redesign projects as the primary technical architect.Why This Role?This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Jira CMDB professional to make a significant impact on our organization's technology landscape.If you have a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
