Job Title:Achieve Technical Excellence as a Senior Mobile DeveloperAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled mobile developer to lead the development of innovative mobile applications with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.Experience with iOS development is highly desirable, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to shape our architecture and deliver products that seamlessly operate across Android and iOS ecosystems.This role requires a strong background in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture.You should also have a solid understanding of software design principles and be able to build reusable UI components.As part of this team, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is highly desirable.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative, fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
