Job SummaryThis role combines deep expertise in endpoint administration across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments with strong skills in automation, configuration management, and enterprise desktop standardization.The Senior Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the End User Compute (EUC) environment, ensuring security, compliance, and performance.This position also supports global IT projects and acts as a technical lead for Intune, SCCM, and endpoint vulnerability remediation.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM for application deployment, patching, and configuration managementCreate and maintain software packages for physical and virtual desktops (VDI)Implement and manage Windows Update for Business and Autopilot configurationsDevelop and deploy Intune policies, baselines, and device compliance strategiesAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting toolsProvide tier-three support for desktop OS and application issuesOversee deployment of security patches and ensure endpoint complianceMaintain standardized system configurations using configuration management frameworksLead and support global and regional IT projects related to EUCCollaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to implement security baselinesCreate reports on device compliance, patch status, and software inventoryContribute to hardware lifecycle management and asset transition planningParticipate in Change Advisory Boards and communicate operational alertsPromote continuous improvement, service optimization, and cost reductionMaintain documentation and follow internal governance policiesSupport sustainability initiatives through responsible asset managementRequirementsStrong experience in endpoint administration or desktop architecture rolesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows *****, and Mac/Linux OSProficient in PowerShell scripting and automation toolsExperience with patch and endpoint management solutions (e.g., Automox, PatchMyPC)Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active DirectoryITIL certification preferred; Microsoft certifications highly regardedExcellent communication and documentation skillsAdvanced written and spoken English language skillsAbility to work in a global, cross-functional team environmentExperience with transformation and change management initiativesProactive mindset with a focus on innovation and service excellenceWe value and encourage diversity in our team.This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, race, age, disability, sexual orientation, or background.We're committed to shaping a better future for everyone.#EnergizeYourCareer and join us on our journey towards a greener tomorrow.#J-*****-Ljbffr
