What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a technical consultant and domain expert for client-facing sales teams
Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
Address technical and feature-related inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues
Provide constructive feedback to product management regarding product enhancements
Stay informed on competitive analysis and support marketing events, including trade shows and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
Strong collaboration skills working with product management, marketing, and professional services
Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience utilizing AI-powered tools for automation and workflow enhancement
Knowledge of competitive landscape and market differentiation strategies
Familiarity with leading marketing events and executive briefings
