Sislimpa is a Brazilian company based in Santa Maria, RS, specializing in professional cleaning and hygiene solutions since 2004.
It serves over 4,500 companies across 256 municipalities with concentrated cleaning products and equipment.
The company stands out for its consultative approach, sustainability practices, and customized training for clients.
Lead the implementation and management of Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) within the company, ensuring greater efficiency in the use of financial resources, the elimination of unnecessary costs, and the development of a culture of continuous critical analysis of expenses and investments.
Technical Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Proven experience in financial planning, controlling, or cost consulting.
Strong knowledge of budgeting methodologies, especially Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
Proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to develop and apply scenario simulation models.
Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
