You'll contribute to the evolution of our fraud case intake and resolution platform, a vital tool for optimizing operational efficiency across departments.Key Responsibilities:Assist with fraud-related case submissions, ensuring accurate intake, tagging, and triage processes;Develop and maintain return materials processes for seamless traceability and evidence handling;Support creation and refinement of SOPs for fraud and marketing workflows, driving process improvements and automation;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform inputs, enhancing overall operational efficiency;Participate in testing and feedback for new platform features, ensuring seamless integration;Contribute to reports and identify opportunities for further process optimization.Requirements:Pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or a related field (penultimate or final year);Strong academic performance and attention to detail;Passionate about structured processes and operational efficiency;Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel, with ability to learn new systems quickly;Curious about fraud prevention, financial crimes, and enterprise automation;Proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.Diversity & Inclusion: We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment for all employees, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
