We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Industrial Process Expert.This key role will be responsible for providing expert-level support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating business applications across production and shopfloor systems.About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the manufacturing sector, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our operations.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesServicing MES and Shopfloor Applications: Provide day-to-day support for MES and shopfloor applications, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLA targets.Analyzing Business Needs: Analyze business needs and system requirements to design functional enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.Developing System Reports: Develop and maintain system reports based on user demand using tools like Power BI and SSRS.Translating Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical documentation for development teams.Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with factory teams, IT staff, and external vendors to ensure alignment on system usage and improvements.Maintaining Documentation: Maintain documentation and updates in the work order system (Pharos).Guidance and Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.Change Management: Support the change management process for application updates, following corporate IT policies.Global Coordination: Participate in global coordination meetings and share best practices across multiple manufacturing sites.On-Call Support: Provide on-call 24/7 support coverage for mission-critical systems when required.What We OfferIn return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MES and shopfloor applications, system administration, and reporting tools.Business Acumen: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.Collaboration: Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
