AI Technical Lead is responsible for multiple AI initiatives, driving product ownership, delivery management, and stakeholder leadership.This high-impact role owns outcomes, organizes work, manages expectations, and collaborates with an AI Architect and engineering leads.Determine business objectives into clear problem statements, prioritized backlogs, and sequenced delivery plans.Manage the order of work: define MVP, prioritize by impact and effort, and ensure early outcomes are meaningful and measurable.Negotiate expectations with stakeholders around scope, tradeoffs, and timelines.Serve as PO/POPM across one or two concurrent AI projects, maintaining visibility, momentum, and alignment.Collaborate with an AI Architect and engineering leads to align business outcomes with technical implementation.Facilitate Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on outcomes, learning, and velocity.Predict risks and issues ahead of time and propose actionable options.Maintain strong executive presence in meetings: concise updates, clear decisions, and structured communication.
