What is Teachable?Teachable is the platform for experts and businesses who take education seriously.In a world where anyone can ask AI for information, we're the home for those who educate with purpose, modernity, and humanity.We help experts and businesses scale their impact and operations through courses, coaching, and digital downloads that students actually love.From a finance expert teaching Python for investment analysis to a multilingual coach offering business Spanish for executives, Teachable powers human-led learning that drives student trust, connection, and results.With a sleek, intuitive interface and AI as a time-saving partner, the platform enables transformative education rooted in real-world experience.Teachable experts have lived it—that's why they teach it.Are you ready to join a dynamic, cross-cultural team at an exciting turning point in our company's journey?Part of the global Hotmart Company portfolio, whose platforms have helped creators, experts, and businesses earn more than $10 billion, Teachable continues to cement itself as a true industry leader.Together, Teachable and Hotmart are delivering market-leading products that prioritize student outcomes, business growth, and flexibility.If you have big ideas, relish the chance to challenge convention, and deeply believe in the power of real-world learning to shape the future, we want you on our teamAbout your teamOur Brand & Content team is a group of social media experts, newsletter writers, designers, copywriters, and event pros—all working together to build a world-class brand creators love.We focus on growing Teachable's reach, connecting with new and existing audiences, and using content, design, and in-person experiences to drive awareness, generate leads, and deepen engagement.What is the role?We're looking for a highly creative, results-oriented Brand Designer to join our Brand + Content Team.This role is for a strategic thinker with strong design execution skills and a deep understanding of brand systems.You'll help shape and scale our visual storytelling, building cohesive brand expressions that drive engagement and recognition across campaigns, events, and experiences.This role focuses on evolving and extending visual identity systems and applying brand guidelines across digital and physical touchpoints.You'll design multi-channel marketing assets spanning email, paid media, social, web, and print, with an eye for consistency and craft.The ideal candidate also brings strengths in web and motion design to support a multidisciplinary team.While an individual contributor role, you'll collaborate closely with other designers—offering thoughtful critique, feedback, and informal mentorship—and partner cross-functionally to create design that resonates with our audience and reinforces our brand story.In this role, you will:Build upon and evolve brand guidelines by establishing sophisticated visual systems that align with business goals.Proactively propose solutions to help improve project outcomes across a range of project types, including marketing and product.Conceptualize and execute high-impact design across diverse formats: digital & print, event identities, promotional assets, and marketing materials that extend the Teachable brand.Demonstrate versatility in applying design thinking to varied channels while maintaining cohesion across all output.Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional stakeholders including web, product marketing, growth, and events—to ensure creative execution aligns with GTM strategy, brand objectives, and campaign goals.Provide mentorship to junior designers on the team.Present creative concepts to teams across the organization in a clear and compelling manner.Strive to maintain the brand standard across all projects and ensure consistency.Manage end-to-end production for creative deliverables, including preparing files for presentations, cross functional partners, print vendors, and event production.Build trusted relationships with cross-functional peers through clear communication, curiosity, and accountability.Contribute motion design and animation to campaigns, launches, or brand moments that deepen storytelling and audience engagement.Stay up to date on design trends and tools, with a particular focus on leveraging AI in design workflowsWhat you'll bring:Experience: 5+ years of visual design experience, with a strong focus on branding and performance marketingExperience working collaboratively alongside fellow designers and/or offering mentorship/coaching to other designersSkills: Excels in the Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaPortfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and assets (including email, social, paid advertising, print, etc.), plus motion designStrong design sensibility with attention to detail, typography, and visual storytelling.Ability to adapt to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries; experience refining and scaling brand guidelines.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketers, designers, and content creators.Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.Nice to have:Experience working in SaaS, edtech, or within the creator economy.Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).Knowledge of current trends in motion design, animation, and paid and social media.While Teachable maintains our NY office for local employees to use, we operate as a remote-first culture in order to give our employees added flexibility.In order to maintain connection and create a community beyond the screen, Teachable holds in-person events throughout the year, where employees and teams can come together for bonding, strategic alignment, goal-setting, and celebrations#J-*****-Ljbffr
