Job Role:We seek a diligent and organized professional to support our operations team.Key responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, data management, and cross-departmental coordination.Team Support: Provide administrative assistance and maintain sales records.CRM & Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in various systems.Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between teams.Audits & Compliance: Perform daily audits to ensure process adherence and data integrity.Client Interaction: Respond to inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.Reporting & KPIs: Track key metrics and provide data-driven insights.Presentation & Proposal Support: Assist in creating sales materials for client meetings.Administrative Assistance: Offer general support to ensure operational efficiency.About You:Fluent English with strong communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Adaptability and flexibility in a growing company environment.Experience in sales administration or operations support preferred.Ideal candidate has experience with tools like Notion, Hubspot, or Zapier.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
