About this RoleThis role involves managing core human resource processes and supporting employees across various regions.The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with experience in global organizations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end people operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.Support employees and stakeholders globally to ensure seamless people operations.Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accurate employee records.Requirements & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, ideally in a tech or fast-paced global organization.Strong working knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
