We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a high-impact Tableau Cloud migration project.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transitioning our organization to Tableau Cloud across multiple sites and bridges.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve access issues and troubleshoot live via ServiceNow.Support ticket resolution for non-report owners requiring activation or access.Contribute to automation efforts using Python and Tableau command line tools.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provisioning.Help minimize reliance on ticketing responsibilities by improving self-service and automation.Must-Have Qualifications:A minimum of 3–6 years of experience with Tableau Cloud.Familiarity with multi-site and multi-bridge Tableau environments.Strong skills in Tableau Desktop.Experience with automation using Python and Tableau CLI.Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills.ServiceNow expertise for live troubleshooting and ticket resolution.A background in help desk or solutioning environments.
