At EBANX, you'll help expand access to payments and technology in some of the world's most dynamic markets.We're a unicorn-status fintech, AI-powered, and scaling fast across +20 countries and counting.Our platform connects leading global companies to more than 1 billion consumers, enabling seamless cross-border payments where it matters most.We build with purpose, move with speed, and create solutions that are both innovative and inclusive.If you're looking to be part of a company that's transforming the future of payments with clarity, ambition, and real-world impact — we'd love to meet you.Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional event experiences?We are looking for a proactive and driven Event Analyst to join our Marketing team.This role will support the execution of our global events and tradeshows strategy, working closely with the Event Coordinator and the wider marketing team.As Event Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless event operations, accurate tracking, and strong execution of initiatives that drive EBANX's brand and business growth.Your day-to-day impact:Event Operations & LogisticsSupport the Event Coordinator in end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events and tradeshows.Handle event logistics such as vendor coordination, shipping, catering, AV setup, booth management, and branded materials.Manage attendee lists, registration, and communications.Ensure deadlines are met for assets, deliverables, and onsite production.Onsite SupportBe a point of contact during events, supporting staff, vendors, and guests.Oversee setup, run-of-show execution, and breakdown.Ensure EBANX's booth and activations deliver a consistent, high-quality brand experience.Procurement & Budget TrackingAssist with vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and compliance processes.Support budget tracking to ensure costs remain aligned with forecasts.Reporting & DataTrack event performance: MQLs generated, attendance, engagement, and costs.Collect and consolidate data to build post-event reports and dashboards.Provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness in future events.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Brand/Comms, Growth, PMM, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to ensure alignment.Support integration of events into broader campaigns.Contribute to pre-event internal briefings and post-event follow-ups.Must-haves to shine in this role:2+ years of professional experience in global events.Strong organizational and project management skills.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools such as , and event platforms.Bonus points if you have:Experience with B2B events and tradeshows (Money*****, NRF, MRC, Shoptalk).Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing tools.Familiarity with procurement and budget management processes.Creativity in designing booth experiences, activations, and swags.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field.EBANX offers:Performance Bonus: Annual bonus program based on company results.Meal Allowance: Monthly allowance to support your meals.EBANX Education: Financial assistance for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs to support your professional growth.EBANX Skills: Dedicated budget for courses, certifications, and workshops to encourage continuous learning.Language Classes: Language classes to support your personal and professional development.Health & Well-being: Medical and dental plans with extensive coverage, including support for dependents and wellness programs.Flexible Work Culture: Semi-flexible hours, additional day off on your birthday, and year-end break to support work-life balance.Well-being Program: Access to activities and resources that promote physical and mental health.Follow us on LinkedIn and check out our Instagram to learn more about the #ebanxlife.
