Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced AI architect to join our team and help us build the foundation of our company's AI capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement production-grade generative and agentic AI systems, from prompt design and model selection through to orchestration and deployment.Integrate third-party models into our platform and customer workflows, fine-tuning them as needed for optimal performance.Develop and maintain pipelines, tools, and infrastructure to deliver reliable and scalable AI features that meet our business needs.Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy and monitor AI services in production, ensuring they are secure and performant.Establish best practices for AI evaluation, safety, and continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in our AI capabilities.Help define our AI technical strategy and roadmap, aligning with our business goals and objectives.About You:You have strong experience designing, building, and productionizing AI-driven or agentic systems, with a deep understanding of LLM orchestration, context management, and prompt engineering.You are familiar with cloud environments and monitoring or evaluating deployed AI services, with experience working with APIs and SDKs from leading model providers.Proficient in Python and knowledgeable about backend integration workflows, you are comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams with limited technical oversight.Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects forward.Bonus Points:Familiarity with modern frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or DSPy can be beneficial in advancing our AI capabilities.Experience with vector databases, embedding pipelines, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) can enhance our AI feature set.A deep understanding of transformer architecture is highly valued in this role.What We Offer:The opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of our AI capabilities and shape the future of our company.A competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and experience.The flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.A fast-paced, engaging environment that values both ambition and fun, with opportunities for growth and professional development.Benefits:A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance and productivity.The chance to contribute to the definition of a new category in financial technology, making a meaningful impact on the industry.Two weeks of paid vacation per year, plus 10 paid days for local holidays, providing time for rest and relaxation.Requirements:Native/Bilingual English is required for effective communication and collaboration.Please upload your CV Resume in English, highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
