Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.Lead technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reportingCollaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategiesAbout This RoleThis is a leadership position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleKey ResponsibilitiesData Conversion Management: Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defectsLeadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standardsReporting and Progress Tracking: Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadershipRequirementsStrong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points is essential.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion and proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti are highly desirableBenefitsWe offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, a collaborative and diverse work environment, and a competitive salary and benefits packageAbout UsWe believe in a culture of unlimited learning, where you can grow and develop your skills in a collaborative environment
