Our company is expanding its platform and building intelligent systems to transform how financial institutions understand and serve their small business customers.The Intelligent Systems Developer will design and build systems that integrate large language models into production, support analytics platforms, and lay the groundwork for a next-generation customer experience.The selected candidate will deliver meaningful impact and have full visibility from day one.Design and build production-grade generative and agentic AI systemsFine-tune and integrate third-party models into platforms and customer workflowsDevelop pipelines, tools, and infrastructure to deliver reliable and scalable AI featuresCollaborate with engineering teams to deploy and monitor AI services in productionThe ideal candidate has strong experience designing, building, and productionizing AI-driven or agentic systems, including cloud environments and monitoring deployed AI services.Proficiency in Python and excellent communication skills are also required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong programming skills in PythonExperience with large language models and cloud environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsThe role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experience.
