Complete Prescription Pick-Up Log, validate customer address, Make the Offer to Counsel and direct customer to Pharmacist or Intern (if applicable)Communicate with all healthcare professionals when permissible and according to state lawRetrieve and file prescriptions appropriately according to State and Federal LawParticipate in all required store operational meetingsMaintain a clean, organized and professional pharmacy department, according to CVS standardsAccess, input and retrieve information to/from the computerStand for extended periods of timeAssist front store operations when needed Inventory ManagementMaintain in-stock by ensuring all inventory management policies and procedures are followedUtilize appropriate report(s) to maintain replenishmentPull outdated, damaged and recalled merchandise and prepare for returnAssist with putting away drug orders (except CIIs) as permitted by lawPreferred QualificationsRequired Qualifications continued: Front Store ActivitiesOperate a cash register including cash transactions, checks, chargesFollow company policies and procedures regarding cash register performanceRequest additional help when needed to increase customer satisfactionGreet each customer using the eye's, hi's and help at all times and assist customers with their questions, problems and complaintsPrice merchandise utilizing price gunsStore cleanliness: break area and rest rooms; vacuum; dust/face; clean windows; rubbish removal; exterior maintenance; sweepingStock shelvesComplete price changes: document counts, utilize price gunsAnswer the telephone using the appropriate greetingProcess photofinishing ordersMaintain check-out area: fill register supplies, bags;
