At Practia, we are seeking an experienced consultant to help drive the development and implementation of innovative Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document extraction techniques, including extraction rules, natural language processing, and deep learning.
Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with IDP platforms such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence.About This RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the design, architecture, and deployment of IDP solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze document requirements, develop extraction strategies, configure IDP platforms, and orchestrate document workflows.We are looking for someone who can deliver end-to-end IDP projects, from initial analysis to final deployment.
If you have a passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.RequirementsHands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, like extraction rules, NLP, deep learning etc.Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence.Experience with ABBYY Vantage/FlexiCapture is highly desirable.Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
