Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Search Infrastructure Developer to lead the transition from legacy SOLR infrastructure to modern, semantic, and hybrid search solutions leveraging AWS.As a key member of our team, you will develop advanced search algorithms that can process large datasets quickly and accurately, leveraging search engine features such as vector searches.Your Responsibilities:Develop and implement modern search systems using SOLR and other technologies.Leverage AWS services to build scalable and efficient search solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of search-related features and enhancements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform your work.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.Experience deploying software to public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Prior hands-on software development experience in Java/AWS.Experience modernizing large-scale search systems.3+ years working with SOLR.What We Offer:In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters continuous learning and growth.You will have opportunities to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative search solutions.
