As part of our global growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientedPre-Sales Solution Engineerto join our team remotely in Brazil.This position reports directly to the Group Head of Solution Engineering and plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team to deliver complex solution sales by acting as the subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.Design and deliver customized technical solutions to address specific customer needs.Conduct presentations and demonstrations of technological solutions, highlighting ROI and added value.Assist in answering technical questions during the sales process and contribute to early project specifications.Support sales teams by developing technical training and presentation materials.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technological solutions.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (post-graduate studies are a plus).At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.Strong technical knowledge of B2 B solutions and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and customer expectation management skills.Proficiency in English.What We OfferOpportunity to collaborate with a global team.A dynamic and innovative work environment focused on personal and professional growth.The chance to be at the forefront of creating impactful solutions for international clients.
