- Developing tactical and operational plans to implement high-reach and relevant campaigns, increasing the company/startup's presence on social media;- Executing development plans for digital brand positioning campaigns, continuously converting the data necessary for campaign success within the company;- Producing advertising and publicity campaigns on social media, using graphic design platforms such as Photoshop & Illustrator;- Developing a marketing metrics dashboard for reporting and continuous improvement and adjustments necessary for campaign success;- Continuously utilizing digital tools for complete execution, such as Google & Facebook ADS, LinkedIn ADS, and email and newsletter automation tools.What Onfly looks for in a candidate:- Interest in automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, or similar);- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and growth strategies;- Analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics;- Proactivity and a desire to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment.
