We are looking for a remote, full-timeRevenue Operations Specialistwith 3 to 6 years of experience in revenue and sales operations to support our U. S. client's growing go-to-market organization.You will be responsible for managing and improving processes that drive revenue visibility and efficiency, including Salesforce administration, pipeline analytics, quote-to-cash workflows, and services operations coordination.This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Services, and Systems, ensuring operational excellence across the full customer lifecycle.The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on process optimization, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.Our client provides a cloud-based ERP platform to hundreds of energy industry customers, delivering market-leading software solutions for field service management, field data gathering, transportation, production, accounting, and land management.Backed by private equity, our client accelerates business performance, improves operational efficiency, and reduces costs.ResponsibilitiesSales OperationsOwn and optimize Salesforce processes for the Sales and Account Management teams, including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline hygienePartner with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports that provide visibility into bookings performance, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracySupport commission plan execution by maintaining accurate opportunity data, product configurations, and close datesCoordinate with Finance and Legal on deal review processes, ensuring consistency between quotes, contracts, and billing dataServices OperationsSupport Professional Services leadership with project setup, time tracking, and revenue recognition workflows in coordination with FinanceTrack utilization, backlog, and project profitability metrics to ensure delivery teams have accurate performance visibilityPartner with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Delivery to standardize statements of work (SOWs), rate cards, and project milestone trackingDrive continuous improvement in services data quality across CRM, PSA, and billing systemsCRM and Systems AdministrationServe as the Salesforce (SFDC) administrator for all go-to-market (GTM) functions - including user management, profiles, validation rules, and custom workflowsMaintain integrations with related systems to ensure data synchronization and process automationImplement enhancements and new functionality as business requirements evolve, documenting changes and training users accordinglyManage user support requests, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure compliance with data governance standardsData and ReportingDevelop recurring and ad hoc reports to support revenue forecasting, KPI reviews, and board-level insightsAudit data for accuracy and completeness across systems;
