Responsibilities: Maintain and update data in planning and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across product information, codes, timelines and volumes.Support new product introductions, changes and discontinuations, ensuring that updates are reflected in planning tools and communicated in advance.Monitor performance indicators related to forecasting and demand, helping identify risks, variances, and potential areas of improvement.Participate in cross-functional discussions with teams such as commercial, operations, finance or others to ensure information alignment and support planning activities.Contribute to the identification of process improvements, helping enhance accuracy, efficiency and collaboration across teams.Assist in the tracking of slow-moving items or potential excess, supporting the definition of action plans to minimize inventory risks.Skills: 3+ years of experience in roles related to planning, analysis, forecasting, or similar functions.Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems is an advantage.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with large volumes of data.Strong communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese; intermediate to advanced English for interaction with regional or global teams.Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to collaborate with multiple areas of the organization.Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage priorities, and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making
