About UsWe're a tech company specializing in agile product development and content creation that addresses real-world interests, captivating users and driving growth for partners.About the RoleWe seek a skilled Android Engineer to lead mobile application development with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.Experience with iOS development is a strong plus, as you'll help shape our cross-platform architecture and deliver products that operate seamlessly across Android and iOS ecosystems.Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative features.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Android Launcher experience is a strong plus.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative, fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.Your Future With UsYou'll work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with a talented team to deliver world-class products.We offer opportunities for growth and professional development, helping you reach your full potential.
