Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Android Engineer to lead the development of innovative mobile applications with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.Ambitious individuals will drive our technical vision forward, shaping our product portfolio by developing exceptional user experiences for mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in KotlinAndroid Launcher experience is a strong plusHands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative, fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, contribute to cutting-edge technologies, and grow professionally in a dynamic environment.We foster collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning to support our employees' success.About Us:Our company specializes in agile development of products and content that address real-world interests, captivating users and driving significant growth for partners.With offices globally, we collaborate with partners on the next generation of user-centric offerings.
