At BairesDev, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.When you apply for this position, you're taking the first step in a process that goes beyond the ordinary.We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.Head of Growth Product at BairesDevAs Senior Director of Growth Product, you will oversee the development and execution of growth product initiatives to achieve incremental revenue growth.You'll lead cross-functional teams including Growth PMs, engineers, and designers, and collaborate closely with other marketing teams, data, and executive leadership.Your day-to-day will involve shaping high-impact experiments, streamlining systems and processes, and identifying systemizable growth opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative insights.This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role suited for a hands-on leader who enjoys being both player and coach and is motivated by seeing metrics go in the right direction.What You'll Do:- Develop and execute a strategy both within and across functions (e.g., SEO) to drive incremental company revenue.- Identify, evaluate, design, and shape growth initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.- Orchestrate people, processes, systems, governance, and tooling to continuously improve team effectiveness.- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Growth PMs, designers, and engineers.- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment between different functions.What we are looking for:- 8+ years in Growth and/or Product Management roles within the Tech or SaaS industry.- 2+ years of direct line management experience of Product Managers or Growth Product Managers.- 3+ years of work or study experience in the US.- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.- An MBA or Business Administration degree is a plus.- Advanced level of English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive#J-*****-Ljbffr
