Lead WordPress DeveloperThis is a leadership role that requires experience in managing technical execution of high-stakes marketing campaigns.We are seeking a talented individual who can design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-performing landing pages that meet business objectives.Own the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch.Ensure pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns.Implement and troubleshoot complex tracking scenarios.Optimize landing page performance for speed and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing and implement rapid iterations based on campaign performance data.HubSpot Integration & Data ManagementKey Responsibilities:Build and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRM.Ensure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization.Implement and validate proper lead source attribution and campaign tracking in HubSpot.Create custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectives.Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure marketing attribution accuracy.Technical Leadership & Team ManagementKey Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of two WordPress developers.Manage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.Establish and enforce development standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.Create project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets.Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.Quality Assurance & Risk ManagementKey Responsibilities:Implement rigorous QA processes before any campaign launch.Verify all tracking mechanisms are functioning correctly across devices and browsers.Maintain detailed documentation of tracking implementations and technical specifications.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact campaign performance.Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in all tracking implementations.
