Requirements
Master of science or equivalent in a relevant field (Business adm, Engineering)
Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written
A successful record as internal lead auditor, IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/14001
Expert knowledge and experience of relevant standards and requirements
Experience from driving change management initiatives and working with continuous improvement
Experience from driving projects in a multi-cultural / cross-functional environment
Experience in coaching
Activities
Perform process assessments and analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Ensure the GTT management system meets the ISO requirements on quality and environment (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
Act as Cybersecurity Management System auditor towards ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155
Act as lead auditor for GTT, aligning business needs and establishing a strong connection between audit criteria and the company strategies, potential risks / opportunities, and performance indicators
Globally auditing GTT processes and selected processes cross Volvo Group
Catalyze and facilitate process improvements in dialogue and close co-operation with concerned Process Managers/Owners, Line Managers and other stakeholders
Contribute to develop Business & Operational Services as a high performing team, sharing your experience and utilizing best practices
On-site support in Curitiba with an understanding of the local interface to the global management system
