About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and skilled backend developer, based in Argentina or Brazil, with a strong specialization in C# and software development methodologies.Our ideal candidate will have the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex .NET / C# based applications while contributing significantly to the technical excellence of the team.Key Responsibilities:Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex technical issues efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical persons while collaborating well within a team, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior developers.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Show a strong commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Develop strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on C#.Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET Core.Design RESTful APIs and architect software systems, considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.Emphasize the importance of testing and automated testing frameworks and writing unit tests.Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).Familiar with design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and other software design principles.Familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD, and deployment pipelines), utilizing tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for development and deployment.Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.Benefits of Working with Us:A supportive and collaborative team environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A competitive compensation package.
