**About the team**:
We are a diverse, transparent and passionate for collaboration team with the goal of driving value to sales organization through Proposal Management processes.
The team has two hubs to support Latin America and Caribbean region, one with people in Spanish speaking countries and the other based in Brazil, so be prepared to collaborate and learn from different cultures and perspectives.
**What you'll do**:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Operations
Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil
**In this role, you'll**:
- Customer contact
- Monitoring the invoice process and invoices to be issue
- Analysis supplier contracts and monitoring status on System
- Analysis and Control Time & Material Accrual
- Support Controlling in Closing Period
- Control Small Projects
- Support Project Managers
- Analysis Contract / Billing Part
- Tax ID verification, and other information as PO and confirmation for Customers
- Create Small project in SAP_ System (PtD)
