Operations Associate Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to join our global team in a 100% remote environment.Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and ensuring client records are up-to-date and accurate in various systems.Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity, responding to client inquiries professionally and escalating when necessary.Track key metrics, generate reports, provide data-driven insights, and assist with creating sales materials for client meetings.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate has experience as a Project Coordinator, Admin Support, or Junior Project Manager.We value strong communication skills, extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility.Experience in sales administration or operations support is preferred, and familiarity with tools like Notion, Hubspot, Zapier, or similar is ideal.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range, 36 PTOs per year, 100% remote work, professional development & growth opportunities, and core working hours from 9:00 AM – 14:00 AM EST (3 hours per day flexible).This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week) with an immediate start available.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love keeping things efficient and compliant, and enjoy collaborating across teams, this is the role for you.Additional InformationAs an Operations Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that values fluency in English (written & spoken).You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
