We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and enhance our real-time data systems.Key Responsibilities:Resolve data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage vendors to resolve data problems.Support on-call, incident management, problem resolution, and change control.Ensure accurate and timely data delivery in real-time, implementing monitoring tools to detect data anomalies.Collaborate with global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience.L2 Alert Management: Manage alerts requiring technical knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into knowledge bases and run books.Incident Management: Oversee the lifecycle of incidents from identification to resolution, mitigating business impact in production environments.Change Management: Manage the process of making production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates and software changes.Additional Responsibilities: Release Management, Event Management, User Support, Reporting.The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles, with expertise in Linux System Administration and scripting (Bash and/or Python preferred).
