Job Title: Regional Operations DirectorThis role is a key leadership position for our company, responsible for overseeing and guiding the overall direction of our LATAM operations.The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in managing complex teams and driving strategic growth.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market and be able to develop and execute business strategies that align with our global objectives.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.The Regional Operations Director will be responsible for:Overseeing all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.Managing the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.ResponsibilitiesLeadership and ManagementThe Regional Operations Director will lead a high-performing team of professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, training, and resources to succeed.This includes:Developing and implementing talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Tech Operations OversightThe Regional Operations Director will oversee the technical operations and delivery teams, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and delivering high-quality results.This includes:Managing and scaling tech operations and delivery teams.Ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.Strategic Growth and DevelopmentThe Regional Operations Director will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and development across LATAM.This includes:Developing and executing business strategies that align with our global objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Key QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams.Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
