NETContratação CLTQuais serão suas responsabilidades neste desafio?
Criar e desenvolver soluções escaláveis, sustentáveis e orientadas ao negócio;Cultivar um ambiente desafiador e inspirador;Facilitar e orientar discussões de arquitetura no time;Realizar 1:1 e feedbacks constantes com seus diretos, além de PDIs e planos de ação para melhoria no time;Colaborar com outras equipes, como UX/UI, QA e DevOps, para garantir uma entrega integrada e alinhada;Qualificações Exigidas:Experiência liderando uma equipe técnica;Experiência no desenvolvimento de aplicações REST e gRPC;Sólidos conhecimentos na plataforma .
Net;Filas (RabbitMQ e Kafka);Banco de dados relacional e não relacional;Redis;Elasticsearch;CI/CD (Gitab/ArgoCD);Observabilidade (Open Telemetry);Kubernetes/Docker;Sólida experiência com testes automatizados;Metodologia ágil (Scrum e Kanban).
