AI Coach DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled developer with expertise in recommendation systems and AI-driven coaching to enhance user experiences.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing personalized coaching content and insights.Working closely with engineering, product, and machine learning teams, you'll help deliver scalable and secure features.Key Responsibilities:Recommendation Systems Development: Build, optimize, and maintain recommendation algorithms using machine learning techniques and LLMs for data-driven insights.Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js for responsive and performant features.Backend & API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python for scalability and integration with recommendation systems.Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with the ML team to integrate and deploy recommendation models into production, ensuring data security and compliance.Security Compliance: Work with compliance teams to implement and audit features to meet SOC 2, ISO *****, and ISO ***** standards for secure data handling.Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and ML teams to translate requirements into user-centric solutions.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to platform scalability and performance by auditing and enhancing recommendation system accuracy and responsiveness.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of full-stack development experience with hands-on work in recommendation systems or machine learning-driven applications.Tech Stack Expertise:Frontend: Proficiency in Next.js and React for building responsive and secure interfaces.Backend: Strong knowledge of Node.js for scalable APIs and microservices, with experience in Python for data handling and ML integration.Recommendation Systems: Familiarity with building or integrating recommendation algorithms, ideally using LLMs or NLP techniques.Compliance Knowledge: Basic understanding of SOC 2, ISO *****, and ISO ***** standards, with experience in secure coding practices.Integration Experience: Experience with Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, including bot development and webhooks.DevOps and Cloud: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred), with an understanding of cloud security best practices.Agile Development: Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Git and Jira in collaborative environments.Essential SkillsRecommendation Systems Focus: Ability to build and optimize recommendation algorithms for user personalization.Security-First Mindset: Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance requirements.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges in recommendation system performance.Effective Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts.User-Centric Approach: Commitment to building secure and personalized experiences.
