Localization specialistWe are seeking an expert to synchronize global marketing efforts with local market trends and preferences.About the RoleMonitor market developments in the region, align with headquarters, and provide localized analysis.Develop brand marketing and operational frameworks for the region, ensuring effective communication with local culture.Create PR content for local media channels to enhance brand visibility and influence in the industry.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPossess experience in campaign execution and strategy development, assist in formulating promotion plans, and optimize their effectiveness.Support event planning and logistics coordination in the region, responsible for local liaison and client relationships.Provide support to various functions at headquarters, including identifying key topics for marketing, coordinating advertising channels, and sourcing scalable websites for SEO.Streamline workflows and contribute to standardized procedure development.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.Experience in localization operations, marketing, or PR; offline event execution and logistics coordination a plus.Familiarity with the regional culture, social platforms, and media ecosystem; capable of PR content creation and market promotion optimization.This is a part-time remote position with competitive salary and flexible scheduling, observing your local holiday calendar.Strong communication and coordination skills required, along with proactivity, delivery, and responsibility.Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem in the Polish-speaking region an asset.
