As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our design capabilities on an as-needed basis.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful design initiatives while working with internal and external teams to deliver design solutions effectively.Your responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding junior designers, defining and implementing visual direction for project rollouts, and developing and maintaining design systems and style guides.You will also advocate for user-centered design principles with clients and stakeholders, contribute to the strategic vision of the user experience, and lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback.In addition, you will participate in project planning and scoping activities, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and developer specifications, conduct user research and analyze user feedback, and ensure designs are accessible and adhere to usability standards.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines, communicate design decisions effectively to clients and stakeholders, and maintain design consistency across products and platforms.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma, including advanced component systems, a strong understanding of Apple HIG and Google Material Design, knowledge of web design best practices, and familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.Additional skills such as animation and motion design, video editing, 3D modeling, AI/AR/VR experience, user research and usability testing, and Webflow or front-end development experience are beneficial.Soft skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, proactivity, self-motivation, curiosity, clear communication, and confident decision-making are essential.We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and innovation.If you are passionate about design and driven by excellence, we encourage you to apply.This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team of designers who share your passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
