
People & Operations Coordinator

OverviewAs the People & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in driving a strong employee experience, leading culture initiatives, supporting internal operations, and managing recruitment processes.
You'll work directly with employees, candidates, and leadership to ensure our people feel supported, connected, and set up for success.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to create a seamless and professional employee experienceOversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, vendor coordination, and communicationsMaintain up-to-date employee records, organizational charts, internal directories, and policy documentsManage payroll and 401(k) administration, ensuring timely processing, compliance, and employee supportPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives: team lunches, milestones, recognition programs, and rewardsManage swag, employee gifts, and team celebration platformsKeep the Culture Guide, Employee Handbook, and other HR documentation current and aligned with internal values and policiesLead the recruitment process at early stages: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a strong candidate experienceSupport compliance with employment regulations, internal policies, and HR proceduresAssist with compensation research and market data collection to inform salary benchmarkingOversee office operations, including travel logistics, supplies, snacks, and internal eventsProvide light IT and file system support, assist with internal meetings and company-wide coordinationDrive operational improvements across people processes, internal communication, and workplace cultureQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a desire for continuous learning and growth3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Recruitment Coordination with increasing responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to screen candidates and manage the early stages of hiring processesExperience maintaining employee records, supporting documentation, and contributing to HR complianceDetail-oriented and proactive, with strong organizational and relationship-building skillsAble to handle multiple priorities while enhancing employee experience and operational efficiencyHigh degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeExperience with HRIS, ATS, or internal ops tools is a plus, but not requiredPart-time remote position (up to 30 hours/week)OtherOpportunity to contribute to a growing international company focused on culture and team experienceEarn in USD, with competitive compensationWork closely with leadership and cross-functional teamsEngage in meaningful projects that shape employee experience and operational successReady to support people, shape culture, and help a remote team thrive?
