We're looking for a skilled backend developer to build and maintain scalable systems and APIs.Our ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a hands-on problem-solving mindset.They should be passionate about building cutting-edge products from the ground up, not just features.Responsibilities:Design and develop high-performance backend infrastructure.Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define and design new features.Contribute innovative ideas to improve product functionality and user experience.Take full ownership of deliverables from architecture to deployment.Support frontend integration when needed.Participate in technical discussions, bringing depth and perspective to product decisions.Build and maintain reliable AI agents or AI-driven features.Requirements:5+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced environments.Strong proficiency in Python (experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI).Experience designing and maintaining AI agents or AI-driven systems.Solid understanding of system design, debugging, and scalable architecture.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Advanced English communication skills.Collaborative mindset.Passion for building great products.If you enjoy working in an agile environment and thrive in collaborative settings, we'd love to hear from you.
