Head of Digital Growth & Operações - YdecoryHead of Digital Growth & Operações - YdecoryHead of Digital Growth & Operações – YdecoryResumo da funçãoO(a) Head de Digital Growth & Operações será responsável por liderar a estratégia de crescimento digital da Ydecory, desde a definição de metas até a execução e otimização de campanhas, garantindo também a eficiência operacional das iniciativas.
Atuará como ponte entre marketing, tecnologia e operações, assegurando que os projetos sejam entregues no prazo, dentro do orçamento e com alto impacto nos resultados em nível tático e operacional.Buscamos uma pessoa estratégica, capaz de criar planos e desdobrá-los em microtarefas, que não apenas gerencie, mas também ame colocar a mão na massa no dia a dia.Principais responsabilidadesEstratégia e Crescimento DigitalDefinir e implementar estratégias de crescimento digital (aquisição, retenção e engajamento de clientes).
Liderar e executar iniciativas de marketing digital em canais pagos, orgânicos e parcerias.Desenvolver e escalar operações em marketplaces como Mercado Livre, Shopee e outros.Gerenciar estratégias de UGC (user generated content), afiliados, influenciadores, criando táticas de alta performance com execução prática.Analisar métricas e indicadores-chave (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversão, churn) para otimizar investimentos.Pesquisar e aplicar novas ferramentas, tecnologias e tendências digitais.Criar e testar hipóteses de growth hacking para acelerar resultados.Gestão OperacionalCoordenar equipes multidisciplinares (marketing, produto, tecnologia e atendimento).
Estruturar processos e fluxos de trabalho eficientes para campanhas e projetos.Gerenciar dados e CRM para apoiar decisões estratégicas e táticas.Garantir entregas dentro de prazos e orçamentos.Implementar metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) para aumentar produtividade.Monitorar KPIs operacionais e propor melhorias contínuas.Liderança e CulturaDesenvolver e capacitar a equipe, promovendo alta performance.Criar alinhamento entre diferentes áreas da empresa.Estimular a cultura de dados, experimentação e inovação no dia a dia.RequisitosExperiência sólida em marketing digital, growth e/ou gestão de operações.Experiência prática em marketplaces e e-commerce.Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI).
