Job Title: Marketing Operations SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive signups, deposits, and trades.Results Driven: Create campaigns that generate significant engagement and conversions.Process Optimization: Continuously improve and scale marketing workflows and operational frameworks.Channel Ownership: Manage performance across multiple channels — Email, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Ads, and more.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, Digital Marketing, or related roles.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).Hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Excellent communication skills in both English and Brazilian Portuguese.Project management skills.Familiarity with A/B testing, automation platforms, and performance measurement.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.Experience in crypto and/or fintechs is an asset.Working closely with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business.If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
