Develop creative video concepts aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives, tailored to local market preferences (including short videos, commercials, livestream content, etc.).2. Design highly engaging video scripts that incorporate local culture, trending topics, and platform characteristics (eg, Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube).Video Production & Editing1. Collaborate with the team to execute video shooting, editing, and post-production (including creative editing, visual effects, subtitles, and sound design).2. Ensure video content is high-quality, rhythmically engaging, and aligned with brand visual guidelines.Localized Creative Execution1. Optimize video language style, visual elements, and storytelling techniques based on local user preferences to enhance resonance and relatability.2. Participate in localized creative brainstorming and propose innovative video formats (eg, challenges, UGC interactions).Data Analysis & Optimization1. Monitor video performance metrics (eg, completion rate, engagement rate, conversion rate), and continuously refine creative strategies based on data-driven insights.Job Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Fine Arts, Visual Design, Advertising, Media, or related fields;2. Experience in video creative, shooting/editing, or content operations; from ideation to final production (portfolio required);3. Strong business English communication skills;4. Video Production Skills: Proficient in video editing software (eg, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut), with solid skills in basic visual effects and color grading;5. Understanding of shooting workflows; ability to operate cameras/mobile devices and manage lighting setup is a plus.6. Strong grasp of local pop culture trends, able to translate brand brand messages into compelling, locally resonant video concepts. Excellent scriptwriting and storyboard development capabilities.7. Localization Skills: Deep understanding of local social media trends, and humor styles. Skilled at writing localized video copy.8. Team Collaboration: Strong team player who can work efficiently with marketing, operations, and design teams. Comfortable in fast-paced work environments.
