If you're like this too, come be #sanguelaranja.ResponsabilidadesAtuar no desenvolvimento hands-on dos projetos maiscomplexos, sendo referência técnica para o time.Desenhar arquiteturas completas e robustas para automaçõesend-to-end, incluindo integração entre diferentes sistemas(RPA, RPY, microserviços, orquestração, agentes APA).
Auxiliar tecnicamente todo o time, sendo ponto focal paradiscussões de arquitetura, troubleshooting e escolha demelhores soluções técnicas.Evangelizar novas tecnologias e boas práticas dentro do time,mantendo-se atualizado sobre tendências de automação, IAgenerativa e cloud.Participar ativamente de reuniões com stakeholders paradiscutir requisitos, complexidades técnicas e apresentarpropostas de solução.Garantir excelência técnica, segurança, escalabilidade eperformance das soluções desenvolvidas.Stack Técnico e ExperiênciaExperiência mínima recomendada: 6 anos em desenvolvimentode automações complexas, arquitetura de soluções, automaçãoem larga escala.Domínio obrigatório: Automation Anywhere, Python avançado,microserviços em Kubernetes, integrações em nuvem,implementação de agentes APA e arquitetura robusta paraautomações RPA/IA.Certificações desejáveis: Automation Anywhere, AWS CloudPractitioner, outras de nuvem ou IA.Soft SkillsAltíssima independência e senso crítico.Liderança técnica colaborativa, ajudando colegas em projetossem papel formal de líder ou mentor.Excelente comunicação técnica, sabendo tanto explicarsoluções a colegas quanto alinhar detalhes com stakeholders deproduto e negócio.Organização, foco, visão sistêmica e paixão por inovação(faísca).
