Supply Chain ManagerThe Supply Chain function is key to ensuring a consistent and sustainable supply of raw materials, particularly kava.This position plays a vital role in driving efficiency across procurement, warehousing, and logistics.As a Supply Chain Manager, you will develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and sustainability initiatives.Your responsibilities include:Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize raw material procurement and reduce costsOversight of raw material procurement processes, focusing on quality control and supplier relationshipsConducting site assessments to evaluate soil quality, cultivation practices, and compliance with sourcing standardsFostering collaborative relationships with farmers through regular meetingsLeading warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory managementProviding leadership to cross-functional teams to drive resultsCollaborating with various departments, including QA, Finance, HR, and Logistics, to achieve organizational objectivesKey qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business, or equivalent experience.A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or agricultural sourcing is also required.Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building trusted partnerships with farmers and suppliers.
