Job Description Get To Know The Team: We are looking for a Blue Prism Professional Services Consultant who can help in converting a business problem into an automation-based solution that delivers value to the organization in the form of efficiency and quality improvement.Why You Will Love It HereFlexibility : Hybrid Work Model a Business Casual Dress Code, including jeans Your Future: 401k Matching Program, Professional Development Reimbursement Work/Life Balance: Flexible Personal/Vacation Time Off, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Your Wellbeing: Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Parental Leave Diversity Inclusion: Committed to Welcoming, Celebrating and Thriving on Diversity Training: Hands-On, Team-Customized, including SS C University Extra Perks: Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and moreWhat You Will Get To Do: Partner with business stakeholders, solution analysts, and relevant technology resources to understand business requirements and transform them into effective, resilient automations.Design, develop, test, and maintain SS C Blue Prism workflows and automations.Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to identify and address automation requirements and issues.Create technical design documents and test plans.Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and debug issues with SS C Blue Prism workflows and automations.Participate in project planning and estimation.Provide support for production deployments and ongoing maintenance.What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience developing Blue Prism solutions.Proficiency in C# and .NET development.Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and design patterns.Experience with agile software development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience applying solutions within the US Financial Services Industry Proven and demonstrable experience writing simple to complex code in RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, etc.Possess active BluePrism 'Developer', UI Path 'RPA Developer', or higher certifications.Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with a wide range of audiences.Experience working in agile development frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) using agile project management software such as JIRA.
