:)WHAT YOU WILL DOActively develop React Native applications used by thousands of people;Implement best practices and technical solutions;Take ownership of business requirements and design/implement testable solutions;Collaborate closely with the US team, PMs, BAs, and QAs to ensure high-quality look and feel for all features;Develop and integrate new applications and enhancements;Proactively identify opportunities to improve stability and optimize the existing codebase;Evolve the back-end infrastructure to empower web and mobile developers in creating compelling user experiences;Write professional, performant, and high-quality code that supports a rapidly scaling business;Maintain and instill high standards for code quality, application performance, and stability;Work with our other engineering teams to deliver new products and ensure success for our customers;Collaborate with the Product team to understand our users and their needs;Ask the right questions and think deeply about building solutions that support both our short-term and long-term goals.MUST HAVES4+ years of experience with Mobile Development;2+ years of experience with React Native;Native mobile applications development experience for Android or iOS;Experience with tools such as Git;Scrumban experience;Upper-Intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVESProven experience with Vue.js;Experience with Jest and Detox;Experience with Kotlin or/and Swift;Strong knowledge in JSX, Node.js, and TypeScript;Experience working with AWS, Lambdas;Experience with Expo and EAS;Experience with Sentry, Datadog, Papertrail.THE BENEFITS OF JOINING USProfessional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.Competitive compensation: We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities.A selection of exciting projects: Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands.Flextime: Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, with options of working from home and going to the office – whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.Your application doesn't end here
