Shopify Web Developer (CRO & Growth Focused) – Carbinox Co., Campos dos Goytacazes, Estado do Rio de Janeiro, BRDescrição da vaga: If you're interested, please complete your application here: Only applications submitted through this form will be considered.At Carbinox, we build rugged smartwatches for hardworking men in construction, welding, mechanics, and beyond.With over 400,000 loyal customers, we have earned trust by delivering durability, performance, and value.Our Shopify store is the core of our business, and we are looking for a Shopify Web Developer who can help us turn traffic into revenue through high-converting eCommerce experiences.Position We Are Hiring ForWe are hiring a full time Shopify Web Developer focused on conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and eCommerce growth.This is an in house role, not freelance or contract.You will own the Shopify experience and play a key role in our revenue growth.Job ExpectationsBuilding, optimizing, and scaling the pages that drive our sales.Creating high converting landing pages for:Paid adsProduct launchesPromotions and campaignsEmail and SMS trafficOptimizing product pages, collection pages, Shopify sections and templates, and mobile experience.Implementing CRO strategies to improve conversion rate, average order value, customer trust and clarity.Improving page speed, site performance, funnel flow.Building Shopify sections so the marketing team can easily launch campaigns, test offers, and create new pages.Working closely with media buyers, designers, marketing team.Basic RequirementsFull time availability.Advanced English, written and spoken.Strong experience with Shopify (themes, sections, liquid, Shopify apps, custom page building).Solid understanding of eCommerce funnels, CRO, user behavior, mobile optimization.Experience with DTC or eCommerce brands is a plus.Our Core BehaviorsCreate progress, do not wait for it.Take ownership of absolutely everything.Be reachable and keep work moving.Honor the balance and turn it into impact.Do what you say, when you say you will.What We Offer100% remote work.Full time, long term position.A fast growing eCommerce brand with real scale.A performance driven environment where your work directly impacts revenue.A culture built on ownership, trust, and execution.The opportunity to build and own one of the most important systems in the company, our Shopify store.#J-*****-Ljbffr
